Hi FitPhilosophers!
Here is the 3rd BodyRock workout for the week, the Hot in Here Workout. I'm curious if any of you are trying these routines, and how you like them? Don't be scared, just try one! haha If you have tried them, let me know in the comments section with your scores. This workout will really focus on your glutes and abs, and gets some arms in there too. If you don't have a sandbag, don't worry. You can do what I do, which is to use dumbbells instead. You can also make a makeshift sandbag with a bag of soil. With it being the beginning of Spring, you can get one anywhere...even though I would recommend you stay away from any of the ones containing guano (poop!).
